Your role at Iver In this key position, you will work closely with various departments at Iver, with your base in the commercial area. The Legal team currently consists of three employees whom you will lead, and you will report directly to the CFO. Examples of responsibilities Contract management: Standardize templates, playbooks, and approval workflows. Make agreements fast, repeatable, and scalable. Collaborate with the sales team during complex negotiations. Drive initiatives within GDPR, DORA, NIS2, AI Act, and ISO 27001 in collaboration with Iver's compliance department. Support vendor and partnership agreements as needed. Maintain and develop internal policies. Educate the organization to ensure awareness of contract terms and regulations as needed. Manage disputes. You are analytical and have a problem-solving attitude with the ability to efficiently handle complex tasks and priorities. Required skills and experience Law degree. 10+ years of legal experience. Substantial experience with commercial contracts and negotiations. Experience in IT law and related legislation. Knowledge of ISO 27001 or similar frameworks is a plus. Experience with public procurement and general corporate law. Experience with outsourcing agreements is a plus. Good stylistic ability in English and Swedish; Norwegian is desirable.
