Here's how you'll make a difference with us As Head of Core Access & Communication Services, you'll have a key role in shaping and developing Telenor's B2B offering in mobile communication, connectivity, and access. You're responsible for strategy, development, and commercialization of products and services including mobile exchange, Contact Center, roaming, hardware, as well as mobile subscriptions and core services. The role involves comprehensive responsibility for the product area, from roadmap and packaging to profitability, business development, and strategic partnerships. You'll lead a team of product specialists and work closely with Sales, Commercial, IT, Operations, and external partners to ensure that our customers have access to modern, secure, and competitive communication solutions. In a time when 5G, AI, and hybrid work are changing business needs, you'll be instrumental in developing solutions that help Swedish companies operate securely, efficiently, and future-proof. The role is central to Telenor's continued growth in the enterprise market and contributes directly to our goal of giving customers a secure and worry-free digital life. We're looking for you if you: Have +5 years of experience in telecommunications Are commercially minded and have experience creating customer value from technical possibilities Have documented experience building and scaling B2B offerings Have strong business acumen and experience with P&L responsibility Have solid technical understanding of 4G/5G, mobile subscriptions, and exchange solutions Are a confident and inspiring leader for senior specialists Understand enterprise customers' security requirements and regulatory environments Our promise to you We're better together.
