Do you want to lead some of Norway's most ambitious bar concepts? We are now seeking an experienced Head of Bars for a prestigious hotel in Oslo. Here you will have a key role with responsibility for multiple bars, an engaged team, and the opportunity to develop beverage experiences in an environment where quality, creativity, and service are at the center. About the Role As Head of Bars, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the hotel's bars. You lead and develop bartenders, ensure the highest level of service, and work closely with other leaders in the restaurant and kitchen. You combine operational leadership with business acumen and are a natural role model who inspires the team every day.
