About the Operation: Our IT department ensures an efficient and fit-for-purpose IT environment for the entire municipality. We are responsible for the operation and management of the IT environment, including procurement and delivery of computers. We provide support to both employees and elected officials. We lead the municipality's digitalization efforts and planned development and support managers and employees in both strategic and operational IT issues. Collaboration is key for us and we work closely together with administrations, other municipalities and the region to achieve our common goals. At Härnösand Municipality, we have begun our journey towards a transition to a more modern digital platform to improve the conditions for operations to deliver value to citizens, entrepreneurs and visitors. This transition involves both adjustments according to national action plans, laws and directives, as well as implementation of new technology such as AI. One of the most important deliverables in this work is the introduction of Microsoft 365. About the Position: We are now seeking a committed employee for the IT department who can contribute with several years of experience in implementing, developing and managing the municipality's IT environment and the applications contained in a hybrid environment. Contribute to our journey towards national standards and strategies such as One 2030 and GSIM. In the role, you will work with one or more of the areas below based on qualifications. The role involves managing, implementing technical changes and ensuring that solutions are implemented in collaboration with technicians and based on operational needs. In your role, you act as both an executor and an advisor and you are responsible for monitoring news and changes. Qualifications: Several years of experience with operational work as an IT technician Worked operationally within IT security Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Good knowledge of Power Shell Good knowledge of the Swedish language Passed upper secondary school diploma Category B driving license Meritorious: It is meritorious if you have competence in one or more of the following areas: Experience with Azure/Entra and Microsoft 365 In-depth knowledge of IT security Experience with IT architecture Experience with e-services, RPA, integration engines and AI agents Led or participated in projects Who Are You?
