Responsibilities As a Hardware Design Engineer, you are responsible for hardware design throughout the entire development cycle, from concept and prototype to validation and finished product. The work involves both technical ownership and the opportunity to mentor colleagues. The focus is on developing reliable and scalable solutions that make a real difference for users around the world. The work includes, among other things: Design and validate digital and analog circuits Participate in PCB design and layout reviews Define and manage hardware test protocols Perform troubleshooting and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities We are looking for you who have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or similar field Experience with hardware design and product development Experience taking technical ownership of hardware deliverables Ability to make well-founded decisions in hardware design Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written It is also advantageous if you have: Strong expertise in PCB design, testing, and troubleshooting Experience with EMC/EMI design and conducting preliminary testing Knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturing) Experience with audio-related electronics As a person, you thrive in an environment where you get to take responsibility, be involved, and contribute to the bigger picture.
