We are now seeking a Handyman for our team at Lindholmen in Gothenburg. You will become part of an onsite team with close collaboration between operations, service, and client, in a modern office environment with high demands for service, safety, and quality in daily operations. The Role In the role as Handyman, you are responsible for simple maintenance, supervision, and practical tasks in daily operations. You contribute to ensuring that the work environment is well-functioning, safe, and pleasant for the client's employees and visitors. Responsibilities include: · Simple repairs and ongoing maintenance in the property. · Supervision, rounds, and fault correction measures. · Handling incoming fault reports. · Contact with suppliers and contractors when needed. · Support with projects, renovations, furnishings, and other practical tasks. · Ensuring order and tidiness in common areas and technical environments. · Participating in systematic fire protection work, including SBA rounds, follow-up and reporting of deviations according to applicable procedures and legal requirements. · Acting as local Security Point of Contact (SPOC) and being a contact person for security-related matters toward employees, suppliers, and internal security functions. · Contributing to identifying, reporting, and following up on security-related deviations and driving improvement measures. · Contributing to good service and professional treatment toward client and users. Who You Are We are looking for you who: · Have experience from a similar role within real estate, service, or technical maintenance. · Have experience with SBA work and conducting regular security and fire protection rounds. · Are practical, self-driven, and solution-oriented. · Have a high service mindset and thrive in a role with many contact points. · Are structured, responsible, and have good collaboration skills. · Master Swedish in speech and writing. You are service-oriented, reliable, proactive, and thrive working in a dynamic environment. Meritorious It is meritorious if you have experience with: · Systematic fire protection work (SBA), fire protection rounds, and/or relevant training in fire protection. · Being a local contact person in security matters, for example as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) or in a similar security coordination function. · Experience from international office environments or larger operations with high demands for security and compliance. · Training in fire protection, safety, or property management.
