About the Role As a Production Technician, you work hands-on and directly involved in manufacturing, assembly, and installation of high-quality technical structures within aviation and defense-related operations. You work according to drawings, electrical schematics, and technical specifications, ensuring that work complies with applicable quality and safety requirements, and you document your results carefully. The role requires a high degree of precision, practical understanding, and the ability to take responsibility for both details and the bigger picture. You become part of a small, collaborative team where people help each other, share knowledge, and work closely with technicians, engineers, and designers. You Should Have Post-secondary education in, for example, aeronautical engineering, production technology, electrical engineering, industrial/mechanical manufacturing, or similar field Some work experience from a practical technical environment Experience from industrial, workshop, aviation, production, or maintenance environments Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and electrical schematics Practical experience with electrical work, such as cable pulling, connectors, pin installation, crimping, or similar Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting Very good Swedish language skills and good English language skills, spoken and written It is a Bonus If You Have B2 certification or equivalent electrical competency in aviation Experience with aircraft electrical wiring, interconnect systems, or similar Experience with sheet metal work, such as sheet metal work, riveting, fitting, or assembly Experience with workshop equipment such as brake press, guillotine, or similar machinery Experience from Part-145, aircraft maintenance, or aircraft technical operations Experience with helicopters, aircraft, or other complex technical systems Practical Information The position is full-time, located in the Stockholm area, with start as soon as possible by agreement.
