We are looking for a mentor based at our office in Sandviken within the Rusta och Matcha 2 assignment for a temporary position during the coming year starting December 2026. Job Responsibilities The job responsibilities are varied and include: You will work outward-facing daily with business contacts. You have a large network that you actively work to create and develop long-term relationships. Through close collaboration and engagement you know what employers' needs look like and can thereby match job seekers according to those needs. Mapping the profiles of job seekers. We work with a broad target group and many are far from the job market. It is important that you see the potential and believe in everyone's ability. Our vision is 100% in jobs. It is our job to match correctly. You are a personal trainer in job searching. This means you provide job seekers with tools so they can find the job. This includes, for example, workshops, individual conversations and company visits. With us everyone works focused on matching to find the fastest path to employment. Formal Qualifications At least 120 higher education credits (80 points according to the previous system) or equivalent credits from a university of applied sciences in a relevant area, such as working life, organizational development, personnel science or business economics. You also have two years of work experience from the last five years. Alternatively At least one year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with a passing result. You should then have at least three years of relevant work experience from the last five years. You could, for example, have worked with recruitment, staffing, career guidance, management with personnel responsibility, or transition. Personal Qualities You are results-oriented. You are used to working towards set goals that are followed up. You enjoy working at a high pace and are good at prioritizing. You are adaptable and open to change and always strive to find solutions. You are relationship-building and responsive to create contact and trust. You are a team player and contribute energy to the team. We like to have fun at work! Background You have good knowledge of the job market's needs and a well-established network with employers. It is meritorious if you have previously worked in the staffing industry. You communicate clearly in Swedish and English. It is meritorious if you speak Arabic.
