Career Guidance Mentor in Mora

We are now seeking a part-time mentor (50%) in Mora to support us in delivering the "Career Guidance" service on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). Are you a dedicated mentor? Ability is ready to collaborate with you to create a better world! As a mentor in the career guidance service, we help participants explore different professions. Mentors and a study and career counselor work together with participants to map their strengths, experiences, and competencies, and throughout the service, a clear career plan is developed for the participant. As our colleague, you will work closely with Ability's experienced leaders and colleagues to create a safe and supportive work environment. You will have the opportunity to develop and reach a high level of competency within the service, and you will be part of an extensive network that spans the entire country. Personal qualities Goal-oriented Structured Communicative Driven We are looking for someone who can guide and match, is innovative, and has great drive! To work as a mentor, you must meet the following requirements: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with at least a passing grade, and At least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks: Management with personnel responsibility Recruitment / transition work for job seekers Study and career guidance Handling of personnel matters (not solely personnel administration) Work with employment and labor market issues Work with social and group psychology/career guidance Are you interested in this position and want to know more?
