We are seeking an advisor for the Rusta och Matcha assignment at our Hagsätra office. The position is 50%. You will be staffing Monday-Thursday between 9:00 AM-2:00 PM (lunch break 12:00 PM-1:00 PM) We are looking for someone who is independent, driven, and engaged with people—a relationship builder with job matching experience. The requirement is that you must have post-secondary education and experience through one of the following options: Option 1 University degree of at least 180 university credits (120 credits under the previous system) and Work experience: At least two (2) years of full-time work experience. Option 2 At least one (1) year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least satisfactory results. Work experience: At least three (3) years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following professions or work tasks: - Management with personnel responsibility. - Recruitment. - Career transition support for job seekers. - Education and career counseling. - Personnel matter handling (not solely personnel administration). - Work with employment and - Career counseling.
