We are seeking an engaged and driven mentor to join our team in Västerås to strengthen our efforts within the Swedish Public Employment Service's "Rusta och Matcha 2" program. To be eligible for this position, you must meet one of the following options: Option 1 • Education: University degree corresponding to at least 180 credits (120 credits under the previous system). • Work experience: At least two (2) years of full-time employment. Part-time work can be counted if the accumulated work equals full-time employment over two (2) years. Option 2 • Education: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with satisfactory results. • Work experience: At least three (3) years of full-time work in areas such as management, recruitment, career counseling, or similar fields. Part-time work can be counted if the accumulated work equals full-time employment over three (3) years.
