About the Role As a coach in the Coach and Placement 2 program, you work closely with your participants from initial assessment all the way to employment or study start. You are responsible for, among other things: Assessing and coaching participants based on their individual needs and goals Supporting participants in job searching, CV writing, and matching with employers Collaborating with employers, authorities, and other stakeholders Documenting and following up on participants' progress toward their goals The position is at 50% with good opportunities for increased hours as the business grows. Qualification Requirements The requirements below are established by the Swedish Public Employment Service and must be verified with verifiable documentation. You meet the requirements if you can demonstrate one of the following options: Option 1 Education: University education of at least 180 credits (120 points under the older system). Any field of study. Work experience: At least 2 years of full-time work experience. Part-time work is accepted if the total time equals full-time work over 2 years. Option 2 Education: At least 1 year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade. Approved educational forms are university education, qualified vocational education (KY), university college education (YH), military training, and police training. Work experience: At least 3 years of full-time work experience within one or more of the following areas. Part-time work is accepted if the total time equals full-time work over 3 years. Management with personnel responsibility Recruitment Transition work for job seekers Study and career guidance Handling of personnel matters (not solely personnel administration) Work with employment and labor market issues Work with social and group psychology Career counseling Meritorious Experience Experience as a job coach or training coach Established network among employers in the Gothenburg area Multilingualism Who Are You?
