Comibri offers a wide range of employment services and we are now seeking an engaged and results-oriented mentor for a part-time position at our office in Uppsala. As a mentor with us, you will work closely with both job seekers and employers. Your assignment is to support people in their job search, motivate them to reach their goals, and create matches between the right candidate and the right employer. Work Tasks Coach and guide participants individually and in groups Develop job seekers' motivation and support them throughout the entire process Build and maintain networks with employers in the region Match participants with employers' needs in an efficient manner Document and follow up on participants' development Qualifications (Competency Requirements) Option 1 Education: at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system) Work experience: at least 2 years of full-time work experience (part-time can also be accepted if the total time equals full-time work for 2 years) Option 2 Education: at least 1 year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with at least passing results Work experience: at least 3 years of full-time work experience in any of the following: Management with personnel responsibility Recruitment Transition work for job seekers Study and career guidance Handling of personnel matters (not solely personnel administration) Work with employment and labor market issues Work with social and group psychology Career counseling Merits Multiple language skills Experience with the Rusta and Matcha employment program Good knowledge of the labor market and a broad employer network in the Uppsala region Selling and relationship-building personality Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is organized, results-oriented, and has a talent for building trust.
