About the Assignment
We are looking for you to be available for consulting assignments within case handling and operations support in the Jämtland Region. The role is independent with a focus on case management, investigation, service, and administrative support. Main Responsibilities
Receive, investigate, and follow up on cases
Gather and assess documentation
Document assessments and prepare decision-making materials
Provide information and service to internal and external contacts
Follow procedures, regulations, and deadlines
Requirements for the Role
At least 2 years of experience in case handling or qualified operations support
Experience independently investigating, documenting, and following up on cases
Very good Swedish in speech and writing
Good digital systems proficiency
Merits
Experience from a municipality, region, or government agency
Experience with decision-making materials and regulation-driven operations
Experience contacting citizens, businesses, or other external parties

Workplace and Setup
