JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a handler, you will work within various subject areas managing training programs that are conducted, as well as driving the work of converting and developing training into more flexible, web-based, and operationally integrated competence development initiatives. Examples of work tasks include: • working on projects where training/competence development initiatives are converted and developed in a modern and digital format, recording training videos, creating audio podcasts, etc. • managing training programs, developing and following up on various training initiatives • working with different digital tools such as LMS, authoring tools, e-meeting systems, etc. to develop more efficient forms of learning • ensuring that competence development initiatives are carried out in collaboration with external partners QUALIFICATIONS This is an opportunity for you who have: • police training or other education combined with current work experience that the employer deems relevant • good IT skills • good knowledge of Swedish It is an advantage if you also have: • current work experience in competence supply within the public sector or larger organizations, preferably within the Swedish Police Authority • current work experience with training within the public sector or larger organizations, preferably within the Swedish Police Authority • current experience working with learning platforms (LMS) or similar digital tools • current work experience in creating digital content, such as audio, video, and interactive exercises that the employer deems relevant • current experience with police systems • current experience with investigative work within the Swedish Police Authority that the employer deems relevant Personal Qualities Are you someone who dares to think differently, takes initiative, and at the same time enjoys working with others?
