The Road and Railway Department, Regulations Information Section is seeking a specialist for varied tasks within regulations information.
The section handles exceptions and appeals in the vehicle area, provides expert support internally and externally, and informs citizens and businesses about regulations in the road and railway sectors.
We are now facing a large backlog of cases in the vehicle regulations area that need to be handled, and we are looking for someone who can work part-time for a limited period.

You will
Work with cases regarding vehicle regulations from citizens and businesses in our case management system.
You must have
Completed upper secondary education with a passing final grade
Current experience working in government with regulations, preferably in the vehicle area
Current experience with case handling in a case management system, such as W3D3
Experience working in a support function, such as customer service or reception
Strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
It is advantageous if you also have
Interest in regulations within the road sector
Experience with the case management system W3D3 ÄHS2
Worked in the vehicle area.

The position is time-limited (fixed-term) part-time until December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension. Location in Borlänge. Employment according to agreement. We normally apply a probationary period. Employment with us may involve placement in a security classification. A security clearance with background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted. For some of our work tasks in security classification, Swedish citizenship is required.
