We are seeking a structured administrative handler who will become the natural coordination point in our signals intelligence operations. At FRA, every task is part of something larger. Your Assignment As an administrative handler, you will be part of the Signals Intelligence Department, which conducts signals intelligence operations in accordance with the law on signals intelligence in defense intelligence activities. FRA's signals intelligence aims to provide information and warning about conditions in the world around us. In the role of administrative handler, you will become a key person in the unit and the natural coordination point for the operations' administrative processes. By creating structure, planning and coordinating activities, you contribute to smooth and efficient operations. In this role, you are responsible for documentation, meeting administration, and coordination of travel, training and other operational activities. You also provide support to your manager on administrative matters and help drive progress in daily work. With many contact points, both internally and externally, you will become a natural connector who brings people, information and processes together. The role offers a varied workday with significant personal responsibility, where your ability to work independently, be service-oriented and create structure is crucial. At the same time, you need to be able to switch between details and the broader perspective to meet the operation's needs in the best way possible. Your Qualifications We are looking for you who have: - Completed upper secondary education or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience - Experience with administrative work within government operations - Very good knowledge of the Office package - Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English - Category B driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle We consider it meritorious if you have: - Upper secondary or post-secondary education in administration or executive support - Experience with planning and collaboration tools, such as Jira, Confluence and Unit4 - In-depth knowledge of Excel - Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English Your Personal Qualities We are looking for you with the following characteristics: - Self-driven – You take responsibility for your task.
