About the job You work with VAT matters and investigation of cases that vary in scope and complexity. This involves analyzing and assessing different types of documentation. You request supplementary information via phone, mail, and digital mailboxes in contact with companies. Based on laws and regulations, you assess the documentation and make decisions. You will partly work with customer meetings by phone with both private individuals and companies. You plan your own workday and manage your cases both independently and in collaboration with others. You work closely with your colleagues and you give and receive support from each other. The work is qualified and you learn and gain new knowledge both broadly and in depth. You also contribute to our work with continuous improvements in daily operations and choose effective solutions. You think innovatively, dare to take risks, and act. You have flexible working hours and it is self-evident to us that you should have balance between work and leisure. You are part of corporate taxation unit 4 at the corporate taxation department, based in Norrköping. The unit is currently located in thirteen places and has a total of approximately 200 employees distributed across eleven sections. About you To do a good job and thrive at the Swedish Tax Agency, you need to be attentive, think innovatively, and take responsibility. Good judgment and understanding of legal certainty and security are important in this work. You should also live up to our employee policy. In this job, you should: - independently plan and drive your work forward to achieve results - be good at collaborating and supporting others to reach common goals - speak and write simply and clearly - have good conduct toward both our customers and your colleagues - be able to analyze information flows, see connections, and make decisions You should also have: - a higher education degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits) in economics, law, or other relevant higher education for the position - current and relevant work experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or economic administration It is desirable that you have current and relevant work experience with VAT matters. Good to know The employment is permanent and may be initiated with a probationary period of six months. Employment with us may involve placement in a security classification. A security clearance with criminal record check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment.
