DUTIES A large part of your time will be spent on preventive work and coordinating preventive measures within social services. You will also have a role as coordinator for SSPF (collaboration model for school, social services, police and leisure). In your role, you will work closely with several experienced colleagues at Individual and Family Care, which provides good opportunities for supervision, collegial support and joint problem-solving. Your main tasks will be to work in an outreach and preventive manner. You will collaborate within the municipality and with other authorities and organizations. For this position, you need to be structured, thorough and able to independently plan your work. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a degree from a social work program, social care program or other post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent, where law with authority functions is included. Experience of similar work is meritorious. You have a holistic perspective in your work and the ability to get different parts to cooperate is important qualities, as well as engagement and development-mindedness. Understanding and respect for working in a politically managed organization is necessary for this assignment. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
