Description
You will be an important part of a knowledgeable and engaged team that together is responsible for the university college's academic administration processes. The role alternates between detailed work and a broad holistic perspective. Contributing to improvements and developing work methods to create the best possible support for students and teachers is also part of the assignment. The role is placed within the academic administration unit, which is responsible for, among other things, admissions, student documentation, degree processing, exam coordination, and student support.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for handling and administration in Ladok and serve as the operation's support in matters concerning student documentation. You work with system administration, quality assurance, training and support, participate in development and digitalization projects, as well as other academic administrative tasks such as student matters, admissions, degrees, and educational administration. The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, including UHR, SCB, and CSN.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with relevant university education or equivalent experience who enjoys combining structure, service, and development. You work independently, are solution-oriented, and find it easy to create trustworthy collaborations.
You thrive in a role where you can alternate between operational work and development issues, and you are motivated by finding smarter work methods and improving processes. At the same time, you have strong quality awareness and a good understanding of the importance of legally sound and professional handling.

Experience working in Ladok or similar academic administration systems or equivalent experience with admissions and degree administration.
Good understanding of administrative processes and regulations within higher education.
