About Us
Tillväxtstöd Sverige AB specializes in identifying financing opportunities and supporting companies through application processes for government grants and EU funding – from analysis and qualification to submission and follow-up. We work in a structured, digital, and customer-focused manner with an emphasis on quality, transparency, and results. Tillväxtstöd is the first in Sweden to digitalize the application processes for various grants and subsidies.
About the Role

It is advantageous to have 1-2 years of previous experience as a case handler with daily customer contact. If you don't have this, it is a requirement that you have a degree in economics or business law or equivalent. We offer internal training during your first two weeks. As a case handler with us, you play a central role in our customer projects. You are responsible for:
Having daily contact with business owners and customers
Analyzing companies' financial records and tax returns
Navigating and assessing information via companies' tax accounts
Handling and administering applications for EU grants and subsidies
Ensuring that applications meet formal requirements and deadlines
Following up on cases and documentation regarding government decision-making
The role requires high accuracy, strong analytical skills, and professional customer service.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
Has experience analyzing tax returns and financial records
Is comfortable navigating a company's tax account
Has strong administrative skills and works in a structured manner
Is communicative and enjoys customer contact
Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
Degree in economics
Degree in business law
Experience with grant management, accounting, or government work
Workplace & Work Style
Hiring will be ongoing, and we will be filling a total of 2 case handler positions during May 2026.
Work is conducted digitally in our digital office environments via Teams. Around August 1, 2026, we will be moving to our new office near T-Centralen in Stockholm City.
