About the Job The Enforcement Authority has the role of exercising supervision over bankruptcy administrators. We monitor to ensure that bankruptcy administration is conducted appropriately and in accordance with applicable law, and we examine in particular that the outcome of a bankruptcy is as large as possible and that the bankruptcy is concluded as quickly as possible. You will work with administrative tasks, review and analysis of financial documents, and some supervision of bankruptcies. The work involves many contacts with bankruptcy administrators, restructuring experts and their staff, as well as with courts. You are responsible for the section's record management. You handle, for example, physical and digital mail, registrations and communications. We are a small process, which means you will also participate in the unit's development work. Everyone working at the Enforcement Authority contributes to work against crime. Your work tasks include identifying and preventing attempts at criminality and notifying other authorities of suspected crimes. The unit's officers are located in different places in the country but work as a group with common work tasks. You will be placed at our office in Gothenburg. Your Qualifications: - High school diploma - At least one year of experience working in accounting or similar financial work in the last three years - Good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing It is desirable that you have experience working in a government agency within the last five years. Good to Know The employment is permanent and begins with a six-month probationary period. You will be employed as an officer. The Enforcement Authority offers the opportunity to work remotely by agreement with the employer. Working in the state means that you follow the state's value base. There are also special requirements for judgment, security thinking and compliance with applicable laws. We ask questions at interviews about any previous criminality and shortcomings in previous employment. For final candidates, these questions are also asked to references. We also obtain information about debts registered with the Enforcement Authority, bankruptcy and business bans. The information obtained is weighed in the overall assessment of your suitability for the current employment. An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security screening with register checks in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment.
