You Will
- Handle applications for vessel registration and deregistration, ownership changes, and entries of rights such as mortgages, etc.
- Provide information and answer questions by phone and email
- Perform detailed administrative tasks to a great extent, and to some degree without IT support
- File and archive documents and digital records
You Must Have
- High school diploma
- Current experience handling cases at a government agency
- Current experience with administrative tasks
- Very good ability to understand and express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English
- Good computer skills and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
It is Meritorious if You Also Have
- High school diploma with a focus on law, social sciences, or natural sciences
- An academic degree in business law
- Current experience in maritime administration
- Experience with administrative work without system support
- Current experience with customer contact, both written and oral

More Information
The position is a temporary one-year contract with possible extension and placement in Norrköping. We want you to start in September 2026 or by agreement. Interviews will begin from week 34. Employment with us may involve placement in a security classification. A security vetting with background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted. For some of our positions in security classifications, Swedish citizenship is required.
