The purpose of the Swedish Companies Registration Office's activities is to provide the conditions for a stable and well-functioning business sector. Are you knowledgeable about and interested in case handling and customer service? We are now strengthening our workforce and are looking for a case handler for the Corporate Division. The Swedish Companies Registration Office's activities encompass many different areas and tasks that we manage and are responsible for. The Corporate Division is responsible for verification and quality assurance of business information. Our case handlers work with many varied tasks, within several areas and with different types of cases. As a case handler with us, your main duties are to handle, investigate, assess, and make decisions in various cases with the support of laws and regulations. You have daily contact with our customers where you provide them with support and service by answering questions in a professional manner and with the customer in focus. This occurs via phone but also in writing, in both Swedish and English. You are responsible for your own cases where you and your colleagues work in close collaboration. Our work varies in difficulty and ranges between independent work and work together with colleagues and other involved parties. With us there is opportunity for development, as we have many different areas and tasks as well as flexibility in the work. As a case handler, you can work with different types of case handling within our division's mandate and all of these can become relevant over time. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who believes it is important that your work is performed to the best standard, with high quality and good results. Then you may be the one we are looking for if you have • completed and approved upper secondary education • at least one year of current work experience in case handling and customer service work • experience working with review, handling, and registration of cases • experience with customer service work, such as phone, email, chat • experience making assessments and decisions in your case handling/cases • good computer skills through being able to easily navigate different computer systems and an ability to quickly learn and use digital tools You also need to be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English in your contacts with customers and colleagues. It is meritorious if you also have • post-secondary studies relevant to the position (such as programs, courses) • experience working with case handling in government operations similar to the Swedish Companies Registration Office Development is rapid and changes occur constantly both within and outside the Swedish Companies Registration Office, which changes our case handler role. As we automate processes, our case handling increasingly develops toward investigations and decisions of a more complex nature.
