About the Position Are you a practical person who enjoys working with your hands and seeing concrete results from your work? Do you have experience from a workshop or production environment and enjoy working with tools, machines, and varied tasks? Then this could be the job for you! We are now seeking a skilled and meticulous production worker for an operation that manufactures fiberglass products. You will be an important part of production and work hands-on building and finishing products. The work is varied and requires both precision, patience, and an eye for quality. Start Date: As soon as possible or by agreement. Working Hours: Daytime shifts, with early finish on Fridays. Your responsibilities will include: - Grinding and processing. - Drilling. - Assembly. - Working from simple drawings. - Use of hand tools and machines. - Other production-related tasks as needed. Your Profile We would like you to have: - Experience with workshop or production work. - Experience working with hand tools and machines. - Ability to read and understand simple drawings. - A thorough and methodical work approach. - Patience and a sense of quality. - A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Forklifts certification and reach truck certification are advantageous. As a person, we want you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, organized, and have good collaboration skills, as the work takes place at our customers' locations.
