About the Position As a production worker, you'll be an important part of our manufacturing of prefabricated concrete elements. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues in a modern production environment where safety, quality, and collaboration are essential to creating world-class products. Your tasks may include: Manufacturing prefabricated concrete elements Forming, reinforcement, and casting Assembly and finishing Reading drawings Quality inspections Material handling and other production-related tasks The work is varied, and you may work in different departments depending on operational needs. What We're Looking For You're practical and enjoy working with your hands You thrive in physical work and aren't hesitant to roll up your sleeves when needed You're responsible, thorough, and have a positive attitude You have good teamwork skills You speak and write Swedish fluently Previous experience from industry, production, warehouse, construction, or concrete work is a plus but not required. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to develop with us. As part of the recruitment process, drug testing and background checks are conducted on candidates who advance in the process. This is a requirement from our client and a condition of employment.
