Port Coordinator – Consulting Assignment in Stockholm We are now seeking a Port Coordinator for an exciting consulting assignment with one of our clients in the energy and production sector. About the Assignment As a Port Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administrative and operational coordination of logistics involving vessels, trains, and trucks delivering fuel to a production facility. The role involves close collaboration with multiple external partners and requires good organizational skills, forward planning, and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced work environment. You will work with, among other things: Planning and coordinating transportation via vessel, train, and truck. Daily contact with stevedoring companies, train operators, port authorities, ship agents, and other external partners. Managing invoices and administrative follow-up. Administration of facility access. Work related to maritime security tasks. What We're Looking For Requirements You have experience in logistics within the rail, trucking, or maritime sector. You have strong administrative capabilities and are comfortable coordinating multiple parallel activities. You communicate fluently in Swedish and have good computer skills. Merits Experience or knowledge of maritime security (ISPS). Previous experience from port, terminal, or energy operations. Assignment Information Location: Stockholm Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week Assignment Period: August 24, 2026 – November 30, 2026, with possibility of extension. Travel: No Overtime: Not included.
