About the Unit Do you want to work in a unit where every day makes a difference? The Psychiatric Clinic in Avesta is now seeking a committed coordinator. With us, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team with strong dedication to our patients and developing psychiatric care. You will collaborate extensively with the Employment Agency, the Social Insurance Agency, and social services. Your work includes: Assessment and treatment of patients with mental health issues Talk therapy and supportive conversations Collaboration with family members, social services, and other healthcare providers Documentation according to HSL and SoL Participation in team conferences and development work Independent work and solution-focused approaches are essential Qualifications Requirements: Sociology degree (Socionomexamen) Meritorious: Licensure as a Health and Social Care Coordinator Experience working in psychiatry CBT Level 1 certification Motivational Interviewing/talk therapy training Personal Qualities: Strong teamwork and independent work abilities Flexible, responsible, and solution-focused Application If you have protected personal information, do not apply through the system.
