The Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Clinic is a regional clinic with reception units in Umeå, Lycksele, and Skellefteå. The clinic also includes BUP inpatient care located in Umeå. Within the clinic, we work in interdisciplinary teams and our work is conducted in close collaboration with the patient's family and other support networks. We are now recruiting coordinators for our inpatient care unit in Umeå. We are driven to provide accessible, effective, and equitable care for children with moderate to severe psychiatric conditions through our specialized expertise and warm reception. Our strength lies in our cross-functional working methods and our positive approach to new ideas and service development. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a coordinator with us, you contribute your knowledge and commitment to help people feel secure. In interdisciplinary teams, we plan and deliver care and treatment based on the patient's needs. We maintain close collaboration with relatives, schools, social services, and other clinics within healthcare. The work involves extensive dialogue with patients and guardians - both based on manual-based, psychoeducational materials and in everyday supportive conversations. We value collegial support and work according to RESIMA - a method for creating an environment that functions optimally and minimizes the risk of threats and violence for both patients and staff. You will be offered supervision and further training based on the service's needs. QUALIFICATIONS For this position, you need to hold a degree in social work. Previous experience as a coordinator, experience from healthcare, and licensure as a healthcare and social services coordinator are meriting. You are clear and confident in yourself, think innovatively and with solution-oriented approaches. You thrive working both independently and as part of a team. Collaboration and initiative skills, flexibility, and thoroughness are qualities we value. Your attitude contributes to a good work environment where we all work together to achieve the best care quality for our patients.
