JOB DUTIES In the area of talk therapy for mental health, all staff members, regardless of professional background, work with the same basic mission. This means we work together to maintain good availability and heightened awareness that we are a low-threshold service and should work preventively early to meet, assess, and offer treatment interventions. The position involves talk therapy with a focus on individual consultation contacts at the center. We also offer digital visits and, in addition to physical centers, maintain our own digital Youth Health Center Västerbotten for young people across the entire region. Interprofessional collaboration with physicians, midwives, and municipal staff at the Youth Health Center is common. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking a licensed Healthcare Coordinator with training in basic psychotherapy. You should have experience and strong interest in working with young people, individually and in a team. Your approach is salutogenic; you see possibilities, are solution-focused, and leverage resources within the young person. You believe it is important to contribute to good collaboration with all professional categories at the workplace and with other actors. You work independently and take responsibility for the whole according to the workplace's mission. Personal qualities such as being responsible, flexible, and organized are important, as the operation has high demand and relies on everyone contributing to the operation's goals. We are primarily seeking someone with experience working with adolescents/young adults. For example, if you have worked at a youth health center or primary care's first line.
