Now we are seeking a:
Shift-Based Operations Technician for a two-year temporary position
As a shift-based operations technician, you play an important role in the daily operations of HEM's production facilities for electricity, district heating, and district cooling. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for controlling, monitoring, and optimizing production to ensure safe, stable, and efficient operations.
The role includes, among other things:
• Operate and monitor production facilities for safe and optimal performance
• Write operational reports, maintain logs, and report deviations
• Participate in preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Contribute to audit work and various development projects
• Help support the department's quality, work environment, and environmental initiatives
This position is a two-year temporary assignment, and the work is conducted on a shift basis.
Your Background
We are looking for someone with an operations technician qualification or other education and work experience that the employer deems equivalent. It is advantageous if you have experience with waste incineration and knowledge of computerized control and monitoring systems. As a person, you are responsible, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You have a natural drive, see what needs to be done, and are happy to contribute to developing the business. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
A Class B driver's license is required.
