About the operations
The Property Management Department is part of the Operations and Service Administration in Hallsberg Municipality.
The Property Management Department currently manages approximately 115,000 square meters. The inventory includes both facilities used within our own operations as well as residences and cultural properties. We have breadth here!
Job tasks
As a carpenter in the property management department, you will work closely with the rest of our department, responsible for maintenance across all management areas. You are an important representative for the municipality and provide excellent service to our tenants.
Your job tasks include: repair, maintenance, and renovation work. You will perform everything from simple carpentry work to complete renovations, mostly for public operations but also for tenants.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a trained carpenter with several years of experience in carpentry work. The job requires a B driving license. As a person, you are very service-oriented, attentive, and driven to help where needed. You are both an independent problem solver and a good team player. You are flexible and learn new things easily. Having many balls in the air and working in change is something that appeals to you.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Merits
Work with larger renovation projects or new construction is a merit.
