Hallenskolan is an F-9 primary school in Kållered with approximately 430 students and 50 employees. The operation is organized in work teams for grades F-3, 4-6, and 7-9, where each work team is led by a coordinator. Hallenskolan is located near good connections to both Gothenburg and Kungsbacka. WORK TASKS As a teacher at Hallenskolan grades 4-6, you are responsible for planning, implementing, documenting, and following up on teaching, including assessment and grading, as well as mentoring students in the grade level you will be part of. Together with your colleagues, you work to create good conditions for students' learning and development, while contributing to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. QUALIFICATIONS Certified teacher with authorization to teach mathematics and science. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working together with colleagues in work teams. With an inclusive approach, you easily create good relationships with both students and colleagues. You are driven by contributing to students' learning and development and have the ability to create good conditions for all students to succeed. You can adapt and explain information from different perspectives and according to students' needs. Through your approach, you promote dialogue, participation, and engagement in teaching.
