We are now seeking a sustainability specialist who wants to take a central role in developing our ecological sustainability efforts – with a particular focus on reducing climate impact, sustainability reporting, and regulatory compliance. Your Assignment As a Sustainability Specialist, you will be a key support function responsible for driving, coordinating, and monitoring ecological sustainability work across the entire organization. You will work both strategically and operatively and have an important role in ensuring quality, structure, and transparency in our sustainability reporting. You will drive progress toward reducing climate impact and ensure that sustainability work is integrated into governance, monitoring, and decision-making – in line with increasing demands from legislation, shareholders, and other stakeholders. Your Main Responsibilities: Drive, develop, and ensure quality of sustainability reporting, including data collection, analysis, and monitoring Responsible for integrating environmental and climate data into annual and sustainability reports Coordinate and further develop reporting according to CSRD, ESRS, and EU Taxonomy Develop, monitor, and analyze climate targets, key metrics, and indicators Ensure structure, traceability, and internal controls in sustainability data Drive, develop, and support efforts to reduce the organization's climate impact Drive, develop, and support work with audits, including supplier audits as well as internal and external audits Manage and develop environmental management systems according to ISO 14001 Report sustainability performance to management, the board, and external stakeholders Contribute to risk management and internal controls related to environmental and climate matters Participate in and lead internal and external development projects Who Are You? We are looking for someone who: Has a university or college degree in sustainable development with a focus on the environmental field Has experience with sustainability reporting and monitoring Has a good understanding of sustainability regulations (e.g., CSRD/ESRS) Has experience with frameworks for emissions calculations, such as GHG Protocol Is analytical and experienced in working systematically with data, figures, and quality assurance Expresses yourself very well in speech and writing in Swedish Meritorious: Experience from the real estate or construction sector Work with environmental management and ISO 14001 Experience with procurement and environmental or climate requirements Project management experience Personal Qualities To thrive in this role, we see that you are organized, analytical, and have a good overview of the bigger picture.
