As a Sustainability Coordinator, you will take on a central role in integrating sustainability into the company's procurement operations and supply chain. You will represent the entire business area's needs and perspectives in group-wide responsible sourcing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine strategic sustainability work with practical implementation, change management, and cross-functional collaboration. Here you will have the opportunity to influence processes, methods, and priorities within sustainable procurement. ABOUT THE POSITION You will become part of the Contract & Compliance team and represent the business area on matters relating to sustainable and responsible procurement. Together with colleagues in procurement, sustainability, and various business areas, you will contribute to integrating the organization's sustainability strategy, goals, and vision into procurement processes. The role involves close collaboration with both local and global stakeholders and support to the procurement organization on supplier-related sustainability matters. You will function as a sustainability specialist and translate strategies, regulatory requirements, and other requirements into practical processes and working methods. You will also contribute to the development, monitoring, and reporting of sustainability-related KPIs and ESG data. Within your area of responsibility, you will have the opportunity to influence priorities and contribute to decisions about implementing processes, tools, and working methods. RESPONSIBILITIES Represent the business area's needs and perspectives in group-wide forums and development initiatives within responsible sourcing. Support the implementation of the organization's sustainability strategy, goals, and vision in procurement processes and working methods. Develop and improve methods, processes, and tools for sustainable and responsible procurement. Develop, monitor, and report on sustainability-related KPIs and ESG data within procurement. Support the evaluation, dialogue, and development of suppliers on sustainability matters. Drive change initiatives and contribute to training, communication, and knowledge sharing within the procurement organization. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU You have good knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management. You have a good understanding of sustainability concepts, frameworks, standards, and relevant regulations affecting supply chains. You have experience integrating sustainability into procurement, business operations, or equivalent processes. You can translate sustainability strategies and requirements into practical activities, processes, and working methods. You have strong stakeholder management capabilities and can collaborate across functions and organizational levels.
