Sustainability and Operations Development Manager for Consulting Assignment at a Real Estate Company in Stockholm We are now seeking an experienced Interim Sustainability and Operations Development Manager for an exciting assignment with a major player in the residential and real estate sector. About the Assignment This is a central role where you become part of the management group and are responsible for ensuring continuity and continued development of the organization's sustainability work during a transition period. The role is broad and operationally focused, involving close cross-functional collaboration with multiple parts of the business. As a natural unifying force, you contribute to driving progress in both sustainability and operations development work. You will enter an organization where sustainability work is well established, with clear strategies and strong commitment throughout the organization. The assignment is therefore primarily about managing, leading, and advancing the existing work while a permanent solution is being recruited. The assignment is full-time with a start date by agreement, preferably within one month. The initial assignment length is approximately four months with the possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the organization's sustainability work. Manage and further develop existing sustainability strategies and ensure continued implementation. Drive business planning and operations development issues together with the management group. Responsible for sustainability reporting and contribute to annual report work. Staff responsibility for a sustainability coordinator. Collaborate with multiple functions and business areas in the organization. Serve as a natural connector and create engagement around sustainability issues across the organization. Ensure progress in both strategic and operational initiatives during the interim period. Your Profile We are looking for you with solid experience in sustainability work, preferably in combination with operations development. You are accustomed to working in a cross-organizational role and feel comfortable alternating between strategic issues and operational implementation. To succeed in this role, we would like to see that you have: Experience from a leading sustainability role. Experience from the real estate industry or other related construction and infrastructure activities. Experience in operations development is strongly meriting. Experience working with management groups. Good understanding of sustainability reporting and governance. If you have experience with staff responsibility, it is meriting. You are a natural relationship builder who thrives in a role with many contact points and have the ability to build trust and engagement. You are analytical and structured, but above all a person who gets things done and drives work forward.
