Contracting projects occur, but are typically smaller projects running for shorter periods, usually up to one month. Due to increased demand in service operations, the company is now seeking several experienced and independent HVAC service technicians who want to work long-term in a stable and growing company. As an HVAC service technician at Hägersten Svets & VVS AB, you will primarily work on independent service assignments at customer locations. The role involves significant personal responsibility where you plan, execute, and conclude your assignments on your own. The focus is on troubleshooting, repair, and ongoing maintenance. Contracting projects occur to a limited extent and are shorter assignments, typically with a project duration of maximum one month. You will work from the office and operate with your own service vehicle. The role requires that you are confident in your professional role and can make decisions independently in the field. As an HVAC service technician you will, among other things: Perform independent service work at private and commercial customer locations Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related problems directly at the customer site Plan and execute work according to work orders and timelines Maintain ongoing customer contact and ensure professional service Document and report completed work Participate in minor installations and contracting work as needed Desired Profile: Minimum 3 years of documented experience as an HVAC technician Solid experience with HVAC service work (required) Ability to work independently and drive assignments from start to completion B-class driver's license Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing Meritorious: Vocational education in HVAC Experience in both service and installation Experience with on-call work Ability to plan and design your own assignments Personal Qualities: Independent: You take full responsibility for your service assignments and work independently at customer locations.
