We are seeking engaged and confident rehabilitation pedagogues for our existing residential facility for children and youth according to LSS 9:8 in Jönköping.
We are in need of both permanent positions and temporary/substitute staff.

Job Responsibilities
As a rehabilitation pedagogue, your work tasks are based on the youth's individual needs for care and support. The work includes, among other things:
· guidance in daily life through clear structure, routines, and pedagogy
· support in activities and social settings
· crisis management and supportive conversations
· documentation and record-keeping in the organization's systems
· daily residential tasks
· collaboration with schools, social services, BUP, and other relevant actors
The work is always carried out with the youth's best interests in focus and from a holistic perspective.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who want to work with children and youth with functional variations. Experience working with mental health issues and/or LSS 9:8 is meritious, but not required.
You are, for example, trained as:
· nursing assistant
· social worker
· treatment pedagogue
· social pedagogue
· within healthcare, education, and care or similar
As a person, you are confident in your adult role, can make your own decisions, and enjoy collaboration. You are flexible, solution-focused, and learn new work methods easily. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing as well as some computer skills are meritious.

Working hours are varying and include day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. Night shifts are typically on-call sleep duty, but awake nights do occur.
