High School Substitute Teacher

Nacka Strands Gymnasium is a school with 530 students and 27 teachers. You will work alongside engaged colleagues in a stable staff group who are passionate about seeing our students develop, both academically and as individuals. We have a calm, secure, and family-like atmosphere at the school, which is centrally located in Nacka Strand with beautiful, functional, and recently renovated facilities. Staff at the school have the opportunity for pedagogical lunch. Responsibilities We are looking for someone who can substitute when regular teachers are absent. The school has 3 college-prep programs, which means the substitute work can involve a wide range of subjects. The absent teacher usually prepares the lesson so that another teacher or substitute can deliver it. Qualifications First and foremost, we are seeking a certified teacher with natural leadership skills. Teaching experience is of course a merit. You are cooperative, receptive, driven, and organized. You are fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing. We also place great importance on collaboration skills and personal suitability.
