We are looking for you who are a qualified vocational teacher for the Children and Recreation Program. Experience from pedagogical work is meritorious, but not a requirement. At Tannbergsskolan, we provide the pedagogical and social work specialization within the Children and Recreation Program. The specialization should provide knowledge about children's and young people's development, learning, needs and rights, as well as knowledge about various pedagogical activities. The education should lead to students being able to meet, assist, and support children and young people in their development. It is important that you as a teacher have good social competence and a good approach toward both students and guardians as well as colleagues. We work from the premise that the student is always in focus and as a teacher you have close collaboration with the school's various professions. You should have good collaboration skills and the willingness and interest to collaborate in work teams and subject teams. It is also positive if you are interested in working with collegial learning and striving to strengthen team spirit within the work group and organization.
