Then this might be the right opportunity for you! Your new job We are seeking a high school teacher of Swedish, German, and preferably one or more additional subjects for Njudungsgymnasiet. As a subject teacher, you will have a central role in students' knowledge development. Your assignment includes teaching where you plan, conduct, and evaluate lessons. You are also responsible for grading in accordance with applicable regulations. The role also includes mentoring. At Njudungsgymnasiet, collaboration and co-planning happen continuously with colleagues in program teams and subject teams. You participate in subject teams to further develop subject instruction and in program teams to develop the program. About you We are seeking teachers with qualifications in Swedish and German. It is advantageous if you also have qualifications in another subject. As a teaching professional with us, you have a strong interest in motivating and engaging students. You work to create the best possible conditions for students to reach their goals. You have a strong ability to build trust and maintain good relationships in varied teaching. Collaboration and co-planning happen continuously with colleagues, work teams, and the entire school, as we strive to gain a holistic view of students' knowledge development and needs. Meeting each student from a relational perspective and having high, reasonable expectations for each individual are fundamental principles important to us. To thrive in the teaching role with us, we believe you have good didactic skills and can motivate and engage students. Previous experience teaching at the high school level is advantageous. You should be comfortable working with ICT, as we work through digital learning platforms such as Haldor and Edlevo. As a person, you are solution-focused, collaborative, value quality, and can create a positive atmosphere at work, both as a pedagogue and as a colleague in your subject and program team. You are also confident, stable, and adapt easily to changing circumstances.
