JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Beyond your passion for your subjects, we are looking for someone who wants to develop as a teacher and continue the development journey that KTC is on. KTC is a Technology College-certified high school, and maintaining high quality is central to us. Your responsibilities will consist of teaching and mentoring students in social studies and religion. You are responsible for student learning and development through instruction and support. You do this by starting from each student's specific knowledge and circumstances. As a teacher, your role also includes standard teaching duties such as mentoring, program-wide activities, planning, evaluation, and grading. We work closely together on student matters and school development. You work with digital tools. QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily looking for someone who is a certified high school teacher in social studies and religion. Secondly, education and competence deemed equivalent. Previous high school teaching experience is an asset. To succeed in the role, you must have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both orally and in writing, as well as good digital competence that you use as a natural support in teaching and documentation. As a person, you are initiative-taking, start activities, and achieve desired results. You have the ability to clearly motivate and create understanding for the activities and goals of the operation.
