About the Position One of our mathematics teachers has recently accepted a new position, and we are seeking an engaged and qualified mathematics teacher to begin in August 2026. This is an 86% full-time position. In your role as a teacher with us, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on instruction with high ambitions for quality, structure, and student achievement. You will be part of an active program team and are expected to participate in the school's systematic quality improvement work. The position also includes mentoring a group of students, where you serve as an important adult figure in their academic journey and as a contact person with their guardians. We are looking for someone who: Is a certified teacher with authorization to teach mathematics at the high school level. Demonstrates clear classroom leadership and the ability to create a safe, focused, and engaging learning environment. Teaches formatively, with differentiation and inclusion, using clear structure and high expectations. Views student participation as a natural part of the learning process and builds relationships with students with engagement and clarity. Is solution-focused, flexible, and unpretentious in collaboration with colleagues. Has strong digital competence, particularly with learning platforms and AI-based teaching tools, or is actively willing to develop these skills. Thrives in a development-oriented environment where everyone contributes to the school's shared goals. It is a merit if you have authorization in additional subjects, such as programming.
