As Gym Quality & Safety Coordinator at Fitness24Seven, you play a crucial role in delivering a fantastic training experience for our members. At Fitness24Seven, we have no receptions. This is therefore not a traditional service role, but a hands-on role where you keep the gym in top condition, ensure everything works as it should, and are visible on the gym floor among our members. Perfect for you if you enjoy practical work and want to incorporate physical activity as a natural part of your workday. 👉 Practical Information Scope: Part-time, 75% Employment Type: Permanent position Working Hours: Monday - Friday (see approximate schedule below) Work Locations: You will work and rotate between the following 4 gyms: Ljura, Domino, Enbey & Finspång (and Katrineholm & Nyköping as needed) 🛠️ What Does the Job Involve? As a gym employee at Fitness24Seven, things move quickly. While you're repairing a broken treadmill, a member shows up with a question about the gym. You're quick on your feet and can easily provide top-notch service to the member, then get back to making sure the treadmill works as it should. As a gym employee, your primary tasks are to: Ensure your gyms are accessible, functional, and clean (moving between 2–3 gyms per day) Organize training equipment and put weights back (free workout!) Maintain machines (e.g., disassemble, clean, and lubricate) Handle simple repairs of machines and equipment and follow up on our monthly safety reports Inventory and order consumables Organize Open House events where you're available for members Conduct gym introductions: show new members how to use machines and get started with their training Simple cleaning of training areas, locker rooms, and toilets as needed (cleaning company available) Example Schedule: Monday: 12:30-19:00 Tuesday: 11:30-18:00 Wednesday: 12:30-19:00 Thursday: 11:30-18:00 Friday: 09:00-15:30 👤 Who We Think You Are As a person, you enjoy working in a gym environment and at a varied pace.
