K 4 is a progressive unit at the forefront in many areas. The unit's specialty is to train and maintain Norrland ranger units for deep operations on the Arctic Peninsula. K 4 is now seeking GSS/K Instructors with placement in Arvidsjaur. As a GSS/K Instructor, you will be assigned to one of the unit's basic training squadrons and will support ongoing training of conscripts such as training in ranger-specific soldier skills, troop leadership, shooting training, etc. Your tasks will also include supporting instructors and officers as an assistant. During your employment, you will receive training in what is required to perform the service. Placement will be made based on your background and suitability. REQUIREMENTS Qualifications Completed basic training within the last 5 years at Norrland Dragon Regiment K 4, with a grade of at least JA-2-2. B-driver's license (manual transmission) Passed fitness tests (conducted during supplementary assessment) Possible exceptions to fitness requirements may be made at the decision of the hiring manager Personal qualities You thrive in a changing environment where you have many things going on at the same time and you are able to work under intense conditions.
