Family Center Fyrbodal welcomes families with children, unaccompanied children aged 0-12 years, and expectant mothers. We conduct assessments, treatment assignments and mappings based on needs and wishes. Our goals are to provide parents with an alternative relationship pattern and to give children care, structure and security that are fundamental to their future development.
We are seeking treatment educators for permanent employment on a full-time basis (100%) with start date according to agreement.
Other employment levels and temporary positions may also be available.
We have operations around the clock, which means you will work on a schedule with irregular hours including evenings and weekends. A trial period may be applied.

WORK DUTIES
What does the position entail?
As a treatment educator, your work duties involve care and supervision of our clients. Being a support for children and families in their daily routines. You conduct behavioral observations and documentation. Work duties may also include contact with relatives of a practical nature.
Since care and supervision are part of the work, it is important to be able to collaborate, be attentive and flexible. Being a support for children and families in their daily routines is also an essential part of the work.
QUALIFICATIONS
Who are you?
We are seeking someone with at least a two-year post-secondary education, or equivalent education, with a focus on social work, social pedagogy or behavioral science. Previous professional experience and knowledge and experience of working with unaccompanied children are advantageous. We are looking for someone who has the ability to create calm and security and meet people who come from difficult life circumstances. You are responsible, have personal maturity and good self-awareness. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. As travel may be part of the work, a driver's license is required.
