About the Role As a group fitness instructor, you're a central part of our members' experience – you're both an ambassador, an inspirator, and an energy spreader. Your task is to convey the joy of training, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW-feeling that makes them want to come back. You should feel confident taking up space, offering yourself fully, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room. We Offer You: Training in the Hyrox concept – we cover it! One fixed class/week (or more!) at one of our clubs where the need is greatest A workplace filled with engagement, development, and fitness enthusiasm We're Looking for Someone Who Can: Teach 1–2 fixed classes per week Be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends (depending on needs) Who Are You? You don't need to be a trained instructor beforehand – we'll train you!
