About Us Nordic Wellness is Sweden's largest fitness chain with over 400 clubs and several padel facilities across the country. We offer a wide range of fitness and wellness programs for all ages, have nearly 550,000 members, and are continuing our expansion journey. Our goal is to reach 600 clubs by 2030. About the Role As a group fitness instructor, you are central to our members' experience – you are an ambassador, an inspiration, and an energy spreader. Your task is to deliver fitness passion, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW feeling that brings them back for more. You should feel confident taking center stage, being authentically yourself, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room. What We Offer You: Training in the Hyrox concept – we've got you covered! One fixed class/week (or more!) at one of our clubs where the need is greatest A workplace filled with commitment, development, and fitness passion What We're Looking For: The ability to hold 1–2 regular classes per week Availability for morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend slots (based on needs) Who Are You? You don't need to be a certified instructor already – we'll train you!
