We're looking for someone who wants to lead inspiring group training sessions and help our members have a training experience that makes them want to come back – again and again. Practical Information WHAT Hourly employment with typically 1–5 scheduled sessions per week (one session is approximately 30–55 minutes). The number of sessions varies based on facility needs and your availability. We're currently recruiting new instructors in the following concepts: Cycling, Les Mills Bodypump, and Les Mills Shapes. WHERE Fitness24Seven Luleå WHEN We're primarily looking for someone available on weekday afternoons and evenings, around 5:00 PM–8:00 PM. About the Role As a group training instructor, you're an important part of our members' training experience. You guide participants through the session, inspire joy in movement, and create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels included – regardless of fitness level. In the role, you will, among other things: Lead group training sessions according to set concept structure Inspire and motivate participants to develop in their training Adapt exercises for different abilities and levels Contribute to a safe, positive, and energetic training environment Be an ambassador for Fitness24Seven's values and training philosophy We believe training should be fun, inspiring, and accessible to everyone.
