We're looking for someone who wants to lead inspiring group fitness classes and help our members have a workout experience that keeps them coming back – again and again. Practical Information WHAT Hourly employment with typically 1–5 scheduled classes per week (each class is approximately 30–55 minutes). The number of classes varies based on the facility's needs and your availability. We're currently seeking new instructors in the following concepts: Les Mills BODYPUMP, HIIT/Tabata & WOD. Please mention in your application which concept you're most interested in teaching. WHERE Fitness24Seven Kista WHEN We're looking for someone available weekday afternoons and evenings, approximately 5:00 PM–8:00 PM, and Saturday mornings. Lunch (11 AM–1 PM) or morning classes (6 AM–7:30 AM) are also possible if interested. About the Role As a group training instructor, you're an important part of our members' workout experience. You guide participants through the class, inspire movement joy, and create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels included – regardless of fitness level. In this role, you will, among other things: Lead group fitness classes according to set concept structure Inspire and motivate participants to develop in their training Adapt exercises for different abilities and levels Contribute to a safe, positive, and energetic training environment Be an ambassador for Fitness24Seven's values and training philosophy We believe that fitness should be fun, inspiring, and accessible to everyone.
